明治時代に発明された、ふくべを剥くための道具です。ふくべを約５㎝幅の輪切りにして、中心部にある種（ワタ）を円状に繰りぬいた後、内側の果肉に手鉋を当てながら細長く剥きます。
A tool invented in Meiji period for stripping Gourd. Cutting the Gourd(call “Fukube” in japanese) into circular slices with 5cm wide, and after hollowing out the seeds (core) in the center in a circular way and use a hand planer blade to resist the flesh on the inside and peel them thinly.
明治时代发明的用来剥瓢瓜的工具。将瓢瓜切成约5cm宽的圆片，并将中心部的种子（芯）轧成圆形挖出，然后用刨刀抵住内侧的果肉，将瓢瓜剥得细长。
